1. Choose Registration Option
2. Choose OTP Option (Filled in application)
3. Enter Mobile/Email as per above selection

Instructions for Forgot UAM/Udyam Registration Number

  • Choose forgot option.
  • Choose OTP(One Time Password) option as filled in application.
  • Enter Mobile/Email as per above selection.
  • After clicking on 'Validate & Generate OTP' button, you will receive OTP on selected option.
  • Enter OTP and click on the 'Validate OTP' button. When your OTP is successfully matched, you will get all registered numbers.
